  Keith worked with me to make the FFL transfer from an on-line sale. This business is very dedicated to the needs of customers, and the pricing is very reasonable. Can't give them more than 5 stars or I would. Very consistent provider for many years! Keith knows the ins and outs of the dreadful federal paperwork routine, and irons out the wrinkles.

  Thanks again Kieth! He got me the gun I wanted and did a trade in. He is nice and knows his stuff. I have done business there for years. I am always happy with the deals I get. He always has the best prices. It's a nice place to see some guns and chat with everyone. Thanks again! Don G.

  I can't say enough about the service I received here. As a customer: you are welcomed as soon as you enter (but not pressured or hovered over) . They have a great selection of pistols, rifles and shotguns. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Keith!

  Very first impressions: not friendly to newcomers New customer...first time ever in the store. Purchased a long gun online and had it transferred to NW Pawn & Collector. Received notification from the shipper that the item had been delivered so I decided to stop by and pick it up. Walked in the door and a gentleman behind the counter asked if he could help us. I stated I was there to pick up a transfer. Gentleman behind the counter asked if I had received a phone call from them yet. I said I had not and he said if he hadn't called me then he wasn't ready for me to come pick it up yet. Feeling like I should apologize....I did and promptly left the store. I am currently awaiting said phone call. It was not a pleasant experience. I'll post the rest of my experience after I get the call. One tip: The parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of. There is a pet grooming shop located right next to NW Pawn & Collector and soccer moms just FLY in to pick up Rin Tin. Keep your head on a swivel. Edit: Got the phone call only 30-45 min. after leaving the store...so they appear to be pretty on top of things. Also, the gentleman on the phone was quite pleasant. Bumping the rating from 3 to 4 stars. I'll post the rest of my experience after I pick up the firearm. Edit: Picked up the firearm. Everyone at NW Pawn & Collector was knowledgeable, fast, and courteous. It only took approx. 15 min. to complete the transfer paperwork and we were out the door with our new firearm. Bumping the rating from 4 to 5 stars :-)
