- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you want to have competence, do not come here. They lose files, they obviously aren't trained, and generally shouldn't be in business. Go anywhere else, run far far away. And when you come in, and express your disappointment that they continually can't do their job, they get all pissy and walk away. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This was not an experience that I expected to be a good one (because going to the DMV never is), but I was honestly blown away. We were seen basically as soon as we got there, and the last helping us was so nice. We have a pretty difficult and strange situation with one of our cars, and she walked us through it, explaining what we'd have to do. Do keep in mind that there's a charge for using a debit or credit card, but it's reasonable. On my $130 charge, it was only 4.75 or something around there.
