- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm a USAA Member and I typically only use ATMs I trust!! Not being from the Valley I thought I could count on Banner Bank!! The drive up Machine shorted me 20 Bucks so I went inside. The 2 Tellers inside were no help and said I need to go through my bank!! It's there machine they should bear some responsibility!!! They were not trained on procedures so cause the didn't help me I'm out my 20 bucks!!By Papa Monkey, October 04, 2016
